Hardware and Accessories for Aluminium Entrance Doors

In terms of security, the hardware of the aluminium residential entrance doors is divided into two categories,Securo 1 and Securo 1+, and Securo 2 and Securo 2+, each type having distinct features.

Standard Fitting of Securo 1 and Securo 1+ doors

Cylinder-based operation:

Keyless lock (only the central locking point is actuated): the door is opened by simply pressing the handle either from the outside or inside.

Key lock (all three locking points are actuated): the door is opened using a key, both from the inside and outside.

Optionally, the door can be fitted with an electromagnetic counter-plate with a fixed handle, which cannot be actuated, being mounted on the outside.

Standard Fitting of Securo 2 and Securo 2+ doors

Automatic operation:

Latch-based locking is done automatically by simply closing the door. It can be opened from the outside only using a key, and from the inside by simply actuating the handle.

Optionally, the door can be fitted with a day/night switch that can cancel automatic closure during the day.

The tilting latches are made up of two ‘parrot beak’ pieces. The large one has a security role and the smaller one ensures optimal sealing of the door.
