Securo 1 and Securo 2 Door Hardware

The benefits of the innovative Securo 1 and 2 hardware models are found in the technical features that are particularly important in maintaining a high level of home security.

Fitting of Securo 2

The QFORT entrance door latches are automatically operated when the door is closed, and door opening is possible from the inside by simply pressing the handle, while from the outside this is possible only by key operation.

The Securo 2 model contains two “pin to pin” striker that perform a double role: on the one hand, they guarantee security and, on the other hand, secure hermetic door closure.

To enhance personal comfort and convenience, you can opt for an optional system equipped with a day/night switch allowing the cancellation of automatic closure during the day.

In this way, the door can be opened both from the inside and the outside by simply pulling or pushing.

QFORT entrance doors are provided with a five key cylinder.

Securo 1+ and Securo 2+ Door Hardware

In order to permanently improve QFORT services and products, we have developed the Securo security systems by adding Securo 1+ and Securo 2+ versions.

In addition to the original models, the new versions of hardware for QFORT doors are equipped with a security cylinder, anti-drill protection and emergency function.

In this way, the doors can be locked and/or unlocked from the outside even when there is a key in the lock bolt inside.

For doors equipped with Securo 1+ and 2+ hardware, the cylinder is provided with five keys and a patented anti-copy system.

If additional keys are needed, they can be ordered only from the cylinder manufacturer using the unique code inscribed on the security card and supplied with the door.

Door Gaskets

All QFORT entrance doors are equipped with double gaskets in the standard version.

The gaskets are designed to reduce heat loss during winter and provide optimal wind and bad weather tightness.

Weldable corner

All QFORT entrance doors are reinforced with weldable corners fitted into the reinforcement and welded together with PVC profiles.

These give the doors a high rigidity and stability over time, thus reducing the need for post-mounting adjustments.

Aluminium doorstep with heat barrier

To reduce heat loss, the standard version of Baby I’m Home! by QFORT entrance doors is equipped with an aluminium doorstep with a 20 mm heat barrier.

In addition, all QFORT doors are fitted, as standard, with a silver-coloured larmier made of anodised aluminium for draining rainwater. The larmier is fitted with protective covers and sealing brushes, providing optimal protection against wind and bad weather.

In the optional version, instead of the aluminium doorstep, the QFORT doors can be fitted with a windproof and weatherproof gasket that automatically descends from the sash when closing the door.

Door Hinges

To ensure a high degree of security and tightness, the QFORT entrance doors are equipped with high-quality 3D cylindrical hinges.

In the standard version, the QFORT doors come with 3D cylindrical hinges in matt titanium colour and, optionally, white, bronze, gold, black and stainless-steel colours are also available for this version.

As far as the advantages offered are concerned, the 3D cylindrical hinges have a modern and minimalist design. They are three-dimensionally adjustable, thus guaranteeing increased tightness and easy handling of the door over time.

Door Handles

PVC entrance doors with ornamental panels in the Classic, Modern and Future ranges are fitted with Hoppe Italia handles, the world’s number-one handle manufacturer.

Thus, we have available double, interior and exterior stainless-steel handles, in matt titanium, bronze, white and gold colours.

As for the exterior stainless-steel handles, they are equipped with a security knob with anti-drill protection, which further prevents the cylinder from being broken or pulled out.

Door Cylinders

The Securo 1 and Securo 2 entrance doors are equipped with a five key cylinder, as standard.

Optionally, the Securo 1+ and Securo 2+ entrance doors can be equipped with a security cylinder, anti-drill protection and an emergency function, as standard, and the door can be locked/unlocked from the outside even when there is a key on the other side of the lock.

For Securo 1+ and Securo 2+, the cylinder comes with five keys that have a patented anti-copy system.

Additional keys can be ordered only from the cylinder manufacturer using the unique code inscribed on the security card supplied with the door.
